We're taking CEO to the public sector

Much has transpired for Club Entrepreneur these past 2-3 weeks. Our CEO model is rapidly expanding through the public sector by teaming up with several city governments with excess buildings. Local Arizona communities like Avondale, Glendale and Peoria have all indicated a strong interest in bringing Club Entrepreneur and its Club E Office (CEO) facility model into each city. By offering city-owned buildings complete with furnishings and the necessary improvements at little or no cost to us, we all team up together to energize the small business communities with Club E's proven formula.

No longer will we have to wade through tedious and often fruitless negotiations with commercial brokers and their commercial property clients who nitpik and posture with us as they go broke, their properties are taken back by their lenders and foreclosed upon. No longer do we have to negotiate leaseholds in good faith, only to have the property's financing institution that was supposed to fund the tenant improvements...seized by the FDIC and liquidated.

It is our intention to work with as many cities as possible with our CEO project and then create a commercial real estate asset branch of Club E to pick up select commercial properties at 30% - 40% of their former values and fill them with our entrepreneurs, doubling or tripling the values in doing so...and eliminating our need for ever dealing with commercial landlords again. Good riddance, I say to them.
