Club E and network marketing - maybe they're really business people too

A great couple I met with this past week is the pair of Che'Lisa and Tim of It Works!, a distributor of a holistic product that....really works! I have seen these two at many Club E events and they are always so positive and happy...one can't help but smile back at this happy couple. I learned of Tim's background in large health clubs as head of sales and Che' Lisa's background in multiple fields like nutrition, wellness and massage therapy. The couple had selected a type of "health patch" that delivered nutrients and herbal ingredients that helped reduce weight and both tighten and tone specific parts of the body.

Now, I'm going to mention right now that these wonderful people were in a field that Club E has steadfastly refused to embrace, network marketing, but like everything else I'm learning, there are great components of every business. What I learned from Che' Lisa and Tim was that their "downline" of 3500 people had joined their organization because of their attraction to those two...not only the product. They explained that they'd never embrace a product that they didn't believe in themselves and the 3500 members of their organization trusted that judgment. What we discussed was the fact that in fact, each member of their team was an independent business person that required marketing, administration, a bank account, collateral material and all of the nuts and bolts that any independent business person required. That meant to me that each network marketing member, in Che' Lisa and Tim's organization as well as any other organization....needs Club Entrepreneur and its many services.

A whole new perception was born from this conversation and we will be working towards figuring out how to embrace this paradigm shift for Club Entrepreneur, with Tim and Che' Lisa's help.

Best to all,
